Player pages have a banner at the top and six subpages, each with its own address (e.g. /player/name/career-stats/):
- Overview: the player’s content, built with WPBakery Page Builder (start from the [ALC] Single player hockey template).
- Career Stats: the SportsPress statistics, a table per competition and the career totals, with a glossary of the columns.
- Games Log: every game of the player, newest first, with competition and season filters.
- Awards: the awards from the player’s Player Awards box (title, team, description, period and a trophy, star or custom icon).
- Bio and News: the biography and the posts tagged with the player.
- Gallery: the player’s gallery images as a mosaic with a lightbox.
Options
Go to Theme Options → SportsPress → Player:
- Layout: Extended (the banner and subpages) or Classic (the Overview as a single page).
- Single Player Navigation: reorder, turn off, relabel and re-slug the subpages.
- Single Player Header: the banner: the player details shown (nationality, position, age, experience, team, any SportsPress metric), the statistics shown for skaters and for goalies, career or current-season totals, the photo size and the background.
- Player Statistics and Player Games Log: the number of games per page and the glossaries.
