Everything about your Aphelion license — moving sites, renewals, receipts — lives in two places: the Appearance → Theme License screen on your site, and the Freemius User Dashboard, which you can reach from any device with the email you used at checkout.
Moving the license to another site
- On the old site, go to Appearance → Theme License and deactivate the license. (No admin access to the old site anymore? Deactivate it from the User Dashboard instead.)
- On the new site, activate the theme with the same key.
A license covers one live site at a time. Local development environments (localhost and similar) generally don’t count toward that limit, so you can build locally and go live on the same key.
Renewals
Annual licenses renew automatically so updates and support never lapse. You can switch auto-renewal off at any time in the User Dashboard — no emails, no hoops. If the license expires, the theme keeps working exactly as it is; you just stop receiving updates and support until you renew. Receipts and invoices are also available in the User Dashboard.
Lifetime licenses have nothing to renew — one payment covers updates and support going forward.
