Managing Your License

Everything about your Necromancers license — moving sites, renewals, receipts — lives in two places: the Appearance → Theme License screen on your site, and the Freemius User Dashboard, which you can reach from any device with the email you used at checkout.

Moving the license to another site

  1. On the old site, go to Appearance → Theme License and deactivate the license. (No admin access to the old site anymore? Deactivate it from the User Dashboard instead.)
  2. On the new site, activate the theme with the same key.

A license covers one live site at a time. Local development environments (localhost and similar) generally don’t count toward that limit, so you can build locally and go live on the same key.

Renewals

Annual licenses renew automatically so updates and support never lapse. You can switch auto-renewal off at any time in the User Dashboard — no emails, no hoops. If the license expires, the theme keeps working exactly as it is; you just stop receiving updates and support until you renew. Receipts and invoices are also available in the User Dashboard.

Lifetime licenses have nothing to renew — one payment covers updates and support going forward.

Refunds

Every purchase on dan-fisher.dev comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the theme isn’t the right fit, request a refund within 14 days of purchase — from the User Dashboard or by replying to your purchase receipt — and you’ll get your money back, no questions asked.

Converted from ThemeForest?

If your license key came from converting a ThemeForest purchase code at dan-fisher.dev/migrate, it’s a free license covering your remaining ThemeForest support period plus 3 months — with a minimum of 3 months from the day you converted. While it’s active, it works exactly like any other license: automatic theme updates, one-click installation of the bundled premium plugins, demo import, and direct support.

When it expires, nothing you bought is taken away. Your theme keeps working exactly as it is, and your ThemeForest purchase continues to include every published update — the theme and the bundled plugins are always available to download manually from your ThemeForest Downloads page, the same as it always has been.

Renewing the license is optional: it keeps the automatic, in-dashboard lane — updates and plugin installs without visiting ThemeForest, plus ongoing direct support from the author.
