To get the Google Maps worked you must insert your Google Map API Key. Depends on your workflow there are two ways.
The Basic workflow
It can be added directly to the bottom of features-contact-us.html
The Advanced workflow
Open source/data/settings.json and add it to value of gmap_key parameter.
